　台湾博达科技（Procomp Technology）1991年2月成立。初期专注化合物半导体，获得日本三菱和住友电工技术支持与合作。1998年投入IEEE 1394、无线局域网络等信息产品研发制造，1999年12月在台湾证券交易所挂牌上市。短暂涉足消费级显卡。
